Vendor load-in and set-up starts at 8am. You must be set up by the time doors open at 10am. No exceptions.
The show ends at 5pm. Vendors are expected to stay until the end of the show. Leaving early may ban you from future events.
Your items must be displayed only on your 8' table(s). Free-standing shelving behind your table is permitted as long as it does not take up any of your neighbor's 8' space.
Company advertisement is allowed on standing displays. Nothing may be hung from the walls.
Payments are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent once payment is received. No shows will not be invited back and will not be refunded.
As a Vendor, you are solely responsible for the collection and reporting of any sales tax amassed from product sold at your table(s).
All TCG and Sports cards are permitted for sale.
