Vendor Application (June 13th show)

If you have vended before, please submit photos of your previous table set-ups to give us a better item of what to expect from you on the day (limit 5 photos).

TABLE FEES:

  • $100 per 8' table (+8% NYS/Monroe County Tax)

  • $90 per 8' table if you are purchasing 2 or more tables.

  • Table payment includes an 8' table and 2 chairs.

  • 2 limited edition event "VENDOR" lanyards.

  • NEW THIS EVENT: Access to Vendor Lounge, locker room (BYOL), and light refreshments/snacks.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Vendor set up starts at 6am and you must be set up by 8:30am to cater to VIP ticketholders. No exceptions.

  • The show ends at 5pm. Vendors are expected to stay until the end of the show. Leaving early may ban you from future events.

  • Your items must be displayed only on your 8' table(s). Free-standing shelving behind your table is permitted as long as it does not take up any of your neighbor's 8' space.

  • Company advertisement is allowed on standing displays. Nothing may be hung from the walls.

  • Payments are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent once payment is received. No shows will not be invited back and will not be refunded.

  • This is a trading card game show. Pokémon cards are the primary focus of our show. However, sale/trade of other TCGs (including but not limited to One Piece and Magic: The Gathering) are permitted. Sports cards are NOT permitted.
